Nature of Services :

All services are provided online and at the customer’s location.
There is no physical office for in-person visits.
Service Coverage :

In-person: Currently only in Vaud Canton (Lausanne & Yverdon)
Remote: Available throughout Switzerland and worldwide
Payment :

Currently, payment is made after the service is completed, either in cash or by bank transfer.
Online payment gateway will be added in the future.
Liability :

Service provider makes every effort, but is not responsible for data loss or damage due to user misuse. Customers must back up their data before service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling :

Cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours before: Free of charge
Cancellation/rescheduling less than 24 hours :
Fixed fee CHF 20–25 for travel or reservation of the expert Service will not be provided for new orders until previous fees are settled
Privacy :

Customer personal data (name, contact, email, address) is confidential and will not be shared without permission.
Using the website implies acceptance of this policy.

3 . Communication with customers is via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
